Denis Law Legacy Trust was established in honour of Denis Law
Aberdeen's most famous sporting Son.

Denis Law CBE rose from humble Aberdeen beginnings to become the most deadly striker that Scotland has ever produce and an iconic footballer revered and loved throughout the football world. The Trust Runs the Denis Law Soccer Tournament and in 2012 it also erected a Statue in his honour. Now the trust wishes to turns its attention to help young people have access to sport in their communities. We have chosen Streetsport to be our initial vehicle in delivering this.

This will encourage discipline and team spirit with a focus on care and upbringing of children in a sporting environment. Due to the social and economic position that many of these children find themselves in we hope to provide a constructive environment. We are also delighted to announce that in 2016 Honours List Denis was appointed CBE for services to football and charity.

To Sum Up We want young people to take part in and enjoy sport whatever their background or environment to give them the opportunities and who knows maybe one day Scotland will have another "Denis Law" or two to love and cherish.

In order to do this we need funds - please look at the rest of the website and if you think this is a worthwhile cause please donate here.
